Knowledge Development
As a starting Retail Insights team member, each and every person is trained in and works on projects touching aspects such as shopper knowledge, retailer understanding and manufacturer and retailer challenges. As a more experienced consultant/researcher, you will have built up knowledge in one or more of the following areas: category management, shopper research, assortment optimization, space management, efficiency of trade marketing efforts…
Managerial Development
Besides gaining more in-depth knowledge in one of the areas of shopper insights and category management, you will also obtain new managerial skills such as: project management, commercial management and people management.
Personal Development
Extensive coaching and training is provided on presentation and communication skills, building relations with customers, teamwork, etc. Your personal skills will however be developed most by learning on the job. Each project is a team effort in which several roles are present; a senior manager coaches during the project.
